We’re delighted to announce that Opago has been chosen as Urban Rest’s housekeeping partner for its first residential lease acquisition in London at Henderson Park and Greystar’s Bloom Nine Elms development. The Australian firm has followed their industry-leading work throughout Australia and Dublin with their latest London expansion into the Zone 1 London property market.
Bloom Nine Elms is a rental community at Nine Elms Parkside close to Battersea Power Station. Operated by Greystar, it offers a range of beautiful one, two, and three bedroom light-filled apartments where individuals and families can flourish thanks to private balconies, floor-to-ceiling windows and access to both rooftop garden terraces and surrounding parkland.
Opago will be working alongside the first-class designers at H+G Design Group to provide housekeeping to Urban Rest and their guests at Bloom Nine Elms from now on. At the Bloom Nine Elms, we’ll be taking care of all housekeeping needs, helping Urban Rest to provide the exemplary guest experience to clients in London.
